Osborne Dam

Osborne lake is a major inland lake in Zimbabwe and is found is the Eastern Highlands part of the country close to Mutare. Bass fishing is the main attraction and brings enthusiast to come and catch the illusive big fish. Standing at height of 66 meters, construction for this dam began in 1991 and was completed in 1995. The lake stretches for 16 kilometres up to the Odzi River and 15 kilometres along its Nyatande tributary.
